Refund Policy

At Belliora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • or different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To speed up the process, include:

  • your order number;
  • photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging;
  • photos of the shipping label.

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or a full refund whenever appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Personal care products that have been opened.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless required by law).

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • a defective product;
  • a damaged product;
  • an incorrect item sent by us,

Belliora will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • unused;
  • in their original packaging;
  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right is granted under applicable European consumer protection laws.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method;
  • refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
