Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (when available).

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

🇵🇹 Portugal: 4–8 business days

🇪🇸 Spain: 5–10 business days

🇮🇹 Italy: 5–10 business days

Unexpected delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.


Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to our supported countries.

No minimum purchase is required.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when tracking is available).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Belliora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.

If customs charges apply due to local regulations, the customer is responsible for any applicable fees.
